first off i will not be posting anonymously. second i am going to work on busting this nut cult. third i have no time or patience for proper spelling or punctuation. fourth i'm just learning to post so i may commit some goofs.
on 6/28/95 12:14pm vegas time i requested money back from celebrity center las vegas.
6/29/95 i opened an internet account.
6/30/ or so i decided to type in "scientology" in the net search dialog box. to see if anything was there.
WOW!!! i had no idea. i just read and read and read. i gamble for a living so i work when i want to, basically.
now then i had always suspected that something was wrong. but nothing like the facts i found presented.
and i read and read. when i got on a.r.s. there were 14,000 + articles. i read at least 9,000 of them in one week along with god knows how many links. i had so many bookmarks that they were meaningless.
of all the names i wanted to salute publicy only dennis comes to mind. and i tell you it's scary. to open myself to attack like this, to know that at any time men with guns might storm in to rape my home.
and because i dare disagree with church of scientology.
i salute all who are opposing scientology and i am here to help!
i am learning to use newsgroups and will probably be putting in 8-10 hours a day into this.
for people who are new or undecided about cos let me say this. the facts presented here of criminality on an international level and on a supreme court level are one thing.
talk to me and i'll tell you what;s happening on the local level. you have no idea. you think that because you can turn on a computer and log into the internet you are too smart to be taken. WRONG, only fools are safe. whatever else this hubbard was the boy was good at pushing buttons. in my opinion the boy was an actual artist. i believe that a certain level of intelligence is required to be taken in by scien.
if you have to go in and see it for youself then do not give your correct address or phone number. also have a few of your friends keep an eye on you, in case you find yourself becoming born again.
on the local level the bulk of the staff are intelligent, bright and responsive. at least here in vegas.
they talk fast, move fast and smile a lot. and the one thing they do better than anything else is LISTEN. and we all want to be heard.
if you do go in be careful.
end of my first post.
thank you for reading.

wed i received a check for $500.00. (this morning)
took the check to thier bank and cashed it immediatley.
now i'm ready to picket , go legal, whatever it takes.
anybody have WINS on successful actions in this area?

i'm going to do it. i am going to picket. i may start before monday, i may start today. you don't know when. but i will do it if i do not get my money.
you have received a written letter from me. hand delivered to you by the cclv ed. he has told me it was delivered. you ignored that and you ignored two e-mails sent to theta.com
this i know is being read by you. let me lay out the scene. cclv is located at 1100 s. 10th. this is the corner of charleston and tenth. charleston ave. , as your locals can confirm, is a very major ave. high traffic count. 10th street is a nothing street. BUT, it does have a button so pedestrians can cross. you know i'll be leaning on that button.
my bp right now is one sign that reads. 'church lies about money' traffic is shooting by at 40mph. when the traffic is stopped i will lay that picket down and pick up two others that will have smaller print and more message content.
your curious what the other two will say, i understand. well call up cclv and find out.
mystery omlete, something like that.
now if you pay me i would have no reason to picket. i may not go legal on this till christmas or so. i'll picket till then. and like i said in my letter. alternate orgs on alternate days.
and oh yes, i will tell any staff i come in contact with about the internet. i'll be telling them to avoid it. the facts will test thier faith.
and if you take to long in declaring me i promise that i will declare myself sp.
in my darkest moments i was never a true believer. the staff there will confirm this.
also i have documented every cycle on this matter. dates, times, etc.
you are not playing with some reasonable chump here. cyberspace is one thing. i am angry though. really angry.
i try to live my days in an honorable fashion. and when i am lied to repeatedly i tend to come unglued.
you don't want me to go to the streets with this. i'll shake up the city. staff, public, and raw public. i'll send ripples around the planet. trust me on this.
again, i gamble for a living. i have no job, no house, no wife, no children. no outstanding warrants and i'm legal and current with the irs. my vehicle is registered and insured.
i have lots of time to pettition and picket for my money.
locally i have assured the folks at cclv that i will not be picketing. it will come as a suprise to them. or so you would have me believe.
you have my home number, you have my address. the ball is in your court.

| From: | teddybar@accessnv.com <Ted Mayett> |
| Date: | 28 Jul 1995 02:56:51 GMT |
I'm reading the book Dianetics. I'm going through difficult times in my life and I thought reading this book might help. I came to this group to try to find out more about Scientology. The vast majority of this group seems to be flameage. Why?
I'm searching for answers, not tripe.
Thank you.
i have dabbled in scientology for close to 15 years now, on and off. never had a problem with it. till i showed up when i was going through difficult times. in less than a year i had "donated" roughly $12,000.00 did the purification rundown, student hat, method one co-audit. i had payed for the bridge and some books and tapes with the 12k. the student hat mocks einstein, descartes, others. it's not logical. the purif is a vitamin, diet and excersise program that is way over priced. i did the purification at the las vegas org. it was filthy. so filthy that i purchased and administered my own vitamins. the twin i had ended up doing the same.
the method one co-audit i felt was worth the price.
the auditing process are silly. you'll see.
a good scientologist is one who gets the parrot of the week award. i was never even nominated. there is no criticism or questioning allowed. this falls under the rule of no verbal tech.
there is memorization required for spiritual freedom. as an example: a chart reads… -0.03 you cannot say negative point oh three and pass. you MUST say minus zero point zero three or you "flunk"
if you become part of this you will be hit from every side you can think of for money. there is always a major event happening. you will be lied to as to the nature of the event at times so that you can be "reged"(hit for money)
you can show up with empty pockets and no checkbook and be sure that someone will drive you to where you live.
you will read for yourself that you are part of the most ethical group on the planet. just look at how we are attacked.
you will hopefully read my posts.
there is policy regarding money back. i am not asking them for a refund. i am only asking for the money i have not spent there.
i have been asking for this money since 6/28/95.
they have promised it to me on three different occassions
the local org here has said that the mother church does not honor the contracts.
now would i say this publicly, using my own name if it were not true?
the total money involved is $5,200.00 they had promised me a thousand so i wouldn't picket. after three more days of them stalling i was handed $500.00
they have a dictionary for sale there that costs one hundred dollars my right hand to god the dictionary costs one hundred dollars. it has definitions in it that are outlawed by later hubbard policies. as a true scientologist you essentially endeavor to stamp out false tech. you are also required to pay one hundred dollars for a book containing false tech.
i never could figure that one out.
go if you must. but keep a sense of humor about you
ted mayett
and do be smarter than i was. pay as you go.

while on-lines in scientology i was hit on constantly for money. people who have never been part of it have no idea.
new releases come out 3-6 times a year. by new release i mean tapes. these are not new tapes always but rather re-packaging of existing tapes. although i believe that sometimes they are actually newly released tapes.
many times the tapes do not match the tape pack title. i've heard other scientologists say the same thing.
besides tapes there are books on hubbard's life, books with photographs by hubbard.
also there are policy letters packaged in a "new" bundle. this last one, whose title escapes me, was three binders that contained policys relevant to the grades auditing i believe. these three binders sold for $187.00. one of the staff kept pushing me to buy them. and pushing and pushing. i figured that he was under pressure from uplines to sell at least one pack. one day he said, well the price is right. i agreed quite loudly by saying, "the price is right, three of anything in this building for $187.00 is a good price."
i have had ias call and ask me to leave $20.00 under the door mat and that they would pick it up. i have been called for a $10.00 donation. TEN dollars. these people expected me to turn off my computer, leave my apartment, and drive 7 miles round trip so that i could donate ten dollars.
once at an ias event (fund raiser) i offered the chick in charge a $2,000.00 postulate or $40.00 cash. i asked for a receipt for the $40.00 cash and was told that i would get it in the mail. mind you, this is after the irs victory, which made donations tax deductable. never got that receipt. but they never got another dime from me either.
anyway, scientology had become for me a place where i would go to apologize for lack of funds.
used that line a lot. some of them would actually say to me that i didn't have to apologize.
that i did not have to do. but i did have to lie. the mother fuckers forced me to lie. now i can lie when i want to and i'm good at it. but my stomach knots up when i 'm forced to lie.
you see in scien not having money is okay, you merely postulate the situation away. but you cannot say you absolutely cannot say that you have the money but will not part with it.
so, should you ever feel a dramatic need to lie in your life.
check out scientology.
and that's the truth.

They were tipped off, I wanted the element of suprise and lost it. Somewhat. 11:00am i called the police dept. to advise tham that I would be picketing the cos at 4:30pm. I was asked to hold the line and then spoke to a Sargent, wish I had gotten his name. He asked me questions, why are you picketing, will you be alone, then he said tell me about. So i told him, they owe me money and will not pay. Then he wanted me to talk some more. I told him, you know you sound like one of them yourself. They owe me money, I'm going to picket, and etiquette requires I notify the police. Asked if there was any problem and the man said no. Then I called the Las Vegas Sun and spoke to a reporter. He was interested when I said it was the cos. He said yes they had the internet and agreed to the churches rep of harassing journalists. I told him I would dearly love some little article that I could post to the net.
Then I dialed 3 local TV stations and advised them that I would be picketing at 4:30pm. Gave everybody I called my name address and phone number. One of the stations requested that I fax them some documents, which I did.
Now i shoot down to an art supply house for materials for the actual picket. Total cost less than $2.00. When i get back to the apt. there is a message from the DSA Las Vegas. DSA = deputy of special affairs. So I call her back and she asks me how is everything going. I say fine, what could possibly be a problem. I was promised a thousand down on the money so i would not picket and when I agreed to this, two days later I received $500.00. Everything is fine. She said that was really great and that she was real happy to hear that everything is working out. I just repeated that everything is fantastic, I agreed to one thousand and received five hundred what could possibly be a problem. She repeated that that was really great that everything is working out because she did not want to have me picket in the hot sun. We exchanged banalities and hung up. The cop I spoke to, or the media, somebody tipped them off.
Going to make sure this is posting well then I'll finish

The picket reads
They
Lie
About
Money
(The sign was centered)
7" letters made with the Print Shop and taped to a white background. Now
I ride a motorcycle so I had to tie this thing up and sling it over my
shoulder like Robin Hood does his arrows.
When I arrived at the building there were 5 cars parked there. I park across the street and through the glass storefront I look at them and they look at me as I approach. And now I'm right in front of the glass, on the property, as I proceed to unsling and untie the picket. Before I get off the property. You may find this hard to believe. The door opens and one of them comes flying out. And it's the DSA Las Vegas. She happened to be there.
Well, the picket never happened. We stood in the heat for an hour, this woman and I. I do not mention her name because I am not sure of the legality of it. Ted, what is the problem? ____you are being fed lies, this entire church is built on lies. She wants to know what lies. These people are truly brain dead. I tell her the people in this building alone have lied to me five times regarding this money.
Check this out…She wants me to bring me the documents off the internet regarding what I claim are real facts about cos. And she is willing to sit with me to handle them one by one. Gracious, no?
I tell her she will be getting them anyway, that I'm a little slow starting but that by the third day I will have information packets regarding cos for her, staff, passing motorists.
Now it is 5:30, the picket is unfurled but not displayed. I tell her that my shift is 4:30-6:30 and I wonder where the media is.
One of the boys comes out with a check for $500.00. I had already declined another partial payment, told them it was no big deal. That when they had the full amount I would be right out here and they could give it to me. Now I have two of them asking me to take the five hundred and not picket.
I said yes and that I would be back Tue. for the balance. The said they would not have the balance by then. I said no problem, five hundred a day would keep me from picketing. But not less.
Also, after getting the check I went back across the street and sat on the bike till 6:15. I sat where they could see me. Two reasons. I wanted to be there if the media showed up, they never did. I wanted them to know that I was serious about my 4:30 to 6:30 shift. When I left my apt. the telephone temperature was 105.
While day one was uneventful on a national level for me it was a stress releiving day. I've been promising them I would picket. And by golly I've done it. And I feel good.
Not that anyone would notice but I've read an article on netiquette.

Dear CSI,
The DSA here still holds that CSI is not liable for local contracts. I pointed out to her that the last document I signed did not have Celebrity Centre Las Vegas on it, Did not have the address or phone number. I pointed out that the only entity listed on it was the CSI.
She said that the person who wrote it up just grabbed the wrong document. I pointed out that it was signed and witnessed by the Executive Director of the Celebrity Centre Las Vegas. The ED here, as you know, is a Sea Org member.
So i have an OSA deputy telling me that a Sea Org member should not have given me a CSI document to sign. That the Celebrity Centre Las Vegas is not part of the CSI in that any contracts signed here are only valid here.
I am confused. Since i insisted that I have a carbon copy of all the documents signed this past month I may be able to figure this out.
Excuse my writing you publicly but you have yet to acknowledge my three previous communications to you.
You and me, we know I was out there today. And I'll be out there tommorow, etc. Until I am paid off.

Day five, Friday.
By way of introduction. The number of cars were down
Thur. which put me on warning for Friday.
So Fri I call the man at 3:30p and say that
I'm on the way. Is there a check? He said yes. Something was off on his
voice so I grabbed that weapon they fear so much, my picket sign, and
took off to the Celebrity Centre.
The man was not there when I arrived. His car was gone. So I looked in the storefront and someone came out and said ____ was not here. I said I would just picket till he came back, no problem. The kid said wait a minute and very quickly an older man in the black and white sea org style came out.
He had the check for $500.00 and receipt book. I know you, I said, with a big smile. You're OT, right! he said yes. I asked him and he said OT V. I grabbed his hand and shook it and told him that was fantastic. Asked him if he knew of the internet. He said he'd never seen it. I told him the OT materials were on it, that he could see the next levels if he wanted to. "I wouldn't want to do that" By now I'm finished signing the receipt and confirming the check amount. I cross the street smiling and waving goodbye. I'm smiling and he's not.
All this preamble is for what happened the next day, Sat.
So now I'm even more pissed. Had I not carried the sign with me I would be standing in the sun like some fool waiting for ___ to come back with the check.
Sat. and Sun. they close early, 6pm. My plan was to make the obligatory afternoon call and not show up at all for the check. To keep them waiting till they got bored.
But I get a call from them asking would I show up early for the check. When I got there at about 3:00 pm I was handed a check for $2,209.00. The total balance due.
The secrecy is such that a I have a staff member who feeds me information, this staff member is not aware of what is happening. And so has no problem answering carefully worded questions.
The Sea Org OT V i spoke with is named Val. I don't have a last name for him. My guess is that the remarks I made about the OT material so unnerved him that I was just paid off totaly. The complete lack of respect I displayed may have helped also. Val was called in to handle raising the money. This money was raised locally and I would imagine that the bulk of the local scieno's don't know what the "reg" cycle was for. Before this month ends they'll know.
I'm not sure this is really a victory. On the one hand picketing would have hurt them. On the other hand this represents $5,200.00 that cannot be used to pay lawyers.
Within the next few days I will be sending a check to both the DE fund and the FACTnet. They will be generous checks.
This money I received… Well I would never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever had gotten it without stumbling across ARS.
The home pages, the links, and the private e-mail. In particular the word-slapping. Kept me going, kept my voice strong, kept my body language aggressive. THANK YOU ALL. Each and everyone.
This story, this Vegas Picket is not yet over. The final check has yet to be cashed, and other things have to be handled.
I have to remember who I am posting this to. It is to you lurker. It's lonely, and it's frightening. And it's tough to break conditioning. But I did it. I did it. And so can you.
IF YOU HAVE MONEY COMING GO AND GET IT!!!

When I dialed 415-677-7700 to speak to Morrison & Foerster I was told that the number is 415-677-7000. Two seperate calls have convinced me this is indeed the number of the law firm.
I have posted here that the money I received back from Celebrity Centre Las Vegas is $5,209.00.
I am donating 10% of that money to the DE fund. In todays mail is going a check for $520.90. I haven't yet decided what portion of this 5K is going to the FACTnet.
This is for me, found money. Again I say that without stumbling on this internet I would not have gotten it back. Actually I would never have asked for it back.
Five thousand two hundred and nine dollars. Before I'm done this entire amount will have been spent exposing and toppling scientology.
Already my long distance phone bill has two extra calls on it. This found money is paying for it.
I spoke with Carla Oakley on the phone. I asked her what would be done with any extra monies raised for the DE fund.
She said Dennis had already made provisions for this. Extra monies will be going to the EFF, and to some other such thing. I didn't quite get what she said.
Perhaps it is in bad taste to post an amount. But newbies have rights.
Less that two months on and already I dearly love this internet. It's worth spending a dollar or two to protect it.
Carla Oakley said that extra monies is not really an issue at this time.
I have read that 40,000 people read this newsgroup.
Everyone needs to pop a little into the kitty.
The issue is more that just one man.
OUR freedom is on the line.

If you have a refund or re-payment coming it is possible to get that money by showing that you are willing to picket.
On 6/28/95 I requested re-payment of funds from Celebrity Centre Las Vegas.
6/30 I agreed to do the required check sheet.
7/7 I did the check sheet and an auditing cycle.
7/11 I was told the check would be ready 7/14.
7/14 I was told I needed receipts.
7/14 I delivered receipts and a letter for delivery to CC Int.
7/15. The letter said my money by Monday or I picket.
7/17 I was told I would have the check 7/19.
7/19 I was told the money had not been bank wired yet. That I would have it 7/20.
7/20 I was told I would be called back. Never was called back.
7/21 I was told I would have the money by 7/24 at the latest.
7/24 I was called and told I would have the money by tonight.
7/25 I agreed to a partial payment of one thousand, and that I would not picket.
7/28 or 7/29 I finally receive a check for $500.00.
7/31, a Monday, I showed up with a picket sign after notifying the Police and the media that I would be picketing.
They stopped me from picketing with another check for $500.00. I told them that for $500 a day, not less, I would not picket.
I received $500 a day, every day until I was paid off in full 8/5/95. The check on 8/5 was for $2,209.00. Total money received, $5,209.00.
Until I showed up with the picket sign I was not taken seriously. Prior to 7/31 I had logged in a notepad, 49 phone calls and 6 visits to the org.
If you have money coming, being nice may not get it. If you would like advice, suggestions, or more comments on what I did post to alt.religion.scientology or use e-mail.

I only wish I had known to document things all those many years. There is an OT who makes the circuit giving lectures to various orgs. The last one I attended he said to us all, about 6 of us, that he was sitting on a public john when a bug walked across the floor. He concentrated on the bug and that bug fried.
I remember looking long and hard at the boy, we looked at each other, this was not tr's. This was near my end of stay with xenuville.
If I had ever seen a bug fry, nothing would have stopped me from going OT. These abilities only seem to happen when the stall door is closed. There was an event that had the lifers buzzing. An OT, with a card trick, had displayed exteriorization. That event was closed to the general public.

Perhaps soon I will have a human to prove what I am going to say, but for now the tape is gone, they took it. If it were still in the building I would have sent someone in after it.
The Oct. 1993 event was the most aggressive body routing I have ever witnessed. We were told the tickets were numbered and we had to have them in advance. The tickets were not numbered. I told them I would be driving myself in so they would stop pestering me. The morning of the event they still showed up with a van to make sure I was going to L.A. They woke me up, I told them they could sit with me all day or leave for the event. They left.
The woman in charge of celebrity centre las vegas at the time was ginny. I was there when Ginny asked L.A. if she could set up equipment and show the event locally. L.A. told her the event was being blacked out in Vegas. I told Ginny that was wrong, that it costs a small fortune to block out a satellite transmission. Others agreed and the equipment was set up anyway.
A few days later we heard that Ginny was in trouble because she should not have recorded the event. That she had an unofficial recording. She had a tape that the public was not to see.
One part of the tape I clearly remember is Miscavich boasting about how the church had snowed the irs under with 50,000 pages of documents regarding one item alone. A big point of the event was a picture of church officials with irs officials. The big win was how the irs was so very happy to come out from all the paperwork. The gist of the tape was that the church had used every legal trick there was to snow the irs under.
That tape is gone though, replaced by the official one. If it's important I can supply proof that the tape was made and proof that the tape was grabbed.
Andy, what was on that tape that had to be hidden?

This is fantastic Andy. Does the name Lana Sohn ring a bell? She was the dsa lv who I dealt with back when I was doing my collect $500 a day thing. These posts I'm reading had me so worked up that moments ago I grab the phone to talk to Lana. Guess waht? Lana has blown, no longer on post. I got through to her. She's gone, I take credit for it.
This guy named Dick answers the phone,. I give him my name and say do you know who I am. He doesn't. I say I'm supposed to be declared by now and I wanted to talk to Lana because I need an inside line. He tells me about the proper terminals. I tell him him I wrote the proper terminals and the information doesn't make it down to you, that you don't know who I am is proof. That you have to get your head out of the ground, that staff is a laughing stock. I tell him him you must care or you wouldn't be in scientology. He admits to caring but tells me that if I won't go thought the proper terminals he has no time for me. Click, I hung up on the word me.
Amazing, the information and power I have over your staff Andy. Here I'm thinking I can't call because they know my voice. Well I tell you boss, I think I'll just sign up for a comm course this week and stop giving them and you some credit for intelligence.
Once in the building I'm going for that 1993 tape also. See you on lines.

Busts and pictures of innumerable men abound without anyone regarding them as gods.
The office is a long-standing tradition, and it too is far from idolatry.
When I first came upon scieno, many years ago. The office for LRH intrigued me. Especially that pack of Kools. And being who I am, one day I stepped over the rope and grabbed them. There were cigarettes in the pack, and they were fresh.
Those were better days then. For years now the pack is empty, merely a shell. Has the group ethic then dwindled? There was a time when you could always bum a smoke from Ron.
At CCLV the room for Ron is not part of the main storefront, the room has neither air nor heat. There is a meter set up in the room. I had pointed out that the temperature extremes will destroy the electronics, why not just put a picture of a meter out there.
But a picture will not do. Ron's room has to have a real meter in it. Never mind that it is a complete waste of money.
Let this not be confused with idolatry.

When I first stumbled across scieno maybe 12 years ago they had a communication course for about $30.00. That course led to my joining staff. I remember that first paycheck, it was for $1.76. I'm not shy, I remember saying real loud, "what the hell is this?" And I learned. (Not too well some might argue) :-)
And being that the story of my past actions are not as important as my present and future actions I digress.
I have a theory that when the Erlich types pulled out of the church the cream of the crop was gone. This is how I support it. When I was on staff that first time one of the lifers commented to me that I was the first one in 4 years to finish Staff Status 2. I was also told that I was the only one in years to finish some Dianetics course. CCLV has not produced a clear for about 10 years now, so I'm told. The other building does have some few accomplishments training and processing wise. Not near as many as they would have you believe.
For the first ten years or so of my erratic involvement in scieno they never had a residence address on me, just a POB and a beeper number. I used to just drift in or out as the mood struck me. Every now and then I would shoot in to see what they were up to, see who was about, and sometimes take one of the less expensive courses. It was always a lark. A break from the routine.
On 6/3/92 I paid $1,200 down for the Purification course and the TR's and Objectives. This is how it came to pass. I was having one of the worse periods of my life. We couldn't hold our marriage together, that ended early '92. I had taken a loss of over 20K early '92. A very dear friend had died early '92. All this happened in four months or so. I was very sick that winter with pneumonia I gamble for a living, successfully. The 20K was a crippling blow. Suddenly I was alone with less than 10K to my name. 10K for a working bank will not earn you cooks wages in this town.
Well, I thought, it's time for something different, and I went to say hello to Scientology again.
When I first got on the net and typed in Scientology to see was there anything there I was not able to post. Couldn't post for about three weeks. But I could read, and that's all I did. I would read till I would just about pass out those first few weeks. Needing food was all that got me out of the apartment. I didn't work the casino's at all. Just read and read. I read probably every article on every web page. ARS had something like 4,700 articles when I first logged on. And they didn't go away. It seemed that no matter how much I read there was always 4,000 more to go. And I read about mind control, and found myself there. And I read about how they prey upon people who are emotionally down, and found myself there. I tell you it was not pretty. It's hard to read how stupid you've been.
I had paid that $1,200.00 to put this scieno question to rest. Like some type of yo-yo I had kept coming back over the years. My plan was to pay as I go and not bother with discounts. The registrar there was one Ginnie Werner. his girl was good. Before I realized it I was putting $300 per month towards the bridge. This became 300 every few weeks. This became a special, special, special price of only 9k or so to buy the whole bridge on a co-audit. I feel rather silly having done this but it's done. Making believe it didn't happen is not my style.
Before I had put down two payments totaling about 7K I had gone completely broke. I had my computer ready to sell for $1,500.00 when I found about $200 lying in one of my drawers and ran that up to 15K in 3 weeks. I had hired a Clear named Donnie Cunningham to help me on this promotion I found and exploited. Donnie was from Scotland and was just passing through. Donnie died about two years ago. Found dead from a heart attack lying on a couch. Excuse me, scieno's may be reading this, he dropped his body. Donnie had helped me spend that money, about 9K of it went to the church. To this day I can't tell you what I bought.
Even before discovering the net I was mentally done with the church. I don't believe they miss me. Even in my darkest hours I was always an unruly child. "What are you talking about, Verbal Tech? So this is what Hubbard said, so what. Yo, my main man, I'm a customer here and the customer is always right". Things like that. They asked me about a film once, I told them I thought it terrible, they never asked again. But they did tolerate me. I was always fast to throw a hundred dollar bill on the table for whatever cause. Plus I got free hotel rooms for visiting Sea Org.
Today. Today they have gotten me angry. While in scieno I played pretty much by the rules, and I cared. It was very wrong of them to use my money to raid a man's home. I have to not curse here. They never even consulted me. It was my religion for awhile. I trusted them and they lied to me. That's OK, I've got thick skin. They raided peoples homes in my name and that is not OK.
46 years old and look at me, I'm suddenly on a crusade. And why not, I have no friends left, I lost them all with Scientology. I was under for awhile, I even beat a roommate up severely, he was an SP. I was surrounded by SP's while in scieno. The boy I beat up is a better man than I was, we talk again. Well it's good to be back in the sunlight.
This is my story. No different than one could find by reading the write ups on the web pages. Mind control and money, money, money. I wish that I had a truly unique tale of Scientology, but I was just an average sucker.
Well my initial rage is over, now I smolder with anger. They used my money to raid a man's home. This is not me. I am a gentle person, in love with sunsets, poetry and life. Of all the crimes the clams have committed the raid on Erlich's home riles me the most, almost beyond reason. Feb. 13th 1995, I may have been in the building that day clapping and cheering about something. It make me sick.
OSA, I've read enough about you taking people to court. I am taking Scientology to court. Give me my Declare.
There have to be illegalities involved in such a piece of paper. I'm going to be the one to air them out. Let's do it.
You want to bankrupt me, give it your best shot. Give me my Declare. I need the Declare for the case I have in mind, so give it to me please.
Or, send me a certified, notarized letter that the policy has been changed and so I will never receive a Declare.
You should have my residence address, if not have Andy Milne call me and I'll give it to him. I say Andy Milne because I can recognize his voice from the time I called CSI.
I want my Declare. NOW.
